Summer Task for New Year 12 Students
Over the summer you are expected to create a BLOG using BLOGGER. Go to the BLOGGER website (www.blogger.com), sign up for an account and get practising. When you return we expect you to have a BLOG which should contain an introduction (describing yourself and why you like Media) and images/descriptions of three of your favourite music artists.

Year 12 - Want to know how to do your Coursework? The examiner says...
- ALL photos must be your own.
- Make the designs as subtle as possible. Very hard this year to give a level 4. ‘Subtle’ depends on your target audience.
- The folder must contain more PLANNING and less RESEARCH.
- The Power Point presentation MUST CONTAIN LOTS OF IMAGES. These can (or should) include magazines you’ve analysed (scanned in or from net), photos taken, screen grabs of your photoshop work in progress, images and final pieces for preliminary work, etc).
- Preliminary work MUST be included.
- You don’t need to print your final adverts. I’m sending them as JPEGs. However, you must include them in your power points.
- Deadline is the week after Easter hols.
